HR-Sports offer a 14-day return-exchange-refund policy on all products unopened or unused and returned in its original condition. Customers must present original sales receipt for all returns and exchanges.

Please note these special specifications:

1) Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

2) For damaged or defective merchandise return, we'll refund the original price of the item paid by you.

3) The return policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, irregular maintenance and physical damages.

4) For merchandise purchased online, please email us at hr@hrsportsau.com to notify us of your intent to return the merchandise, please note the reasons why and include your transaction number. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees. A credit will be issued once the merchandise has been received and inspected.

5) For merchandise purchased in store, please inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery and pick-up. In the case of damaged or defective merchandise please contact us within 24 hours of reception. No claims will be accepted after this time period.

6) All returns are subject to approval by HR-Sports.

7) HR-Sports reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange under certain conditions.

8) We will not accept the returns for the reason if you change your mind.

9) Any item not in original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error will not be  returned or same with any item is returned after more than 30 days.

10) Sale items (if applicable)
     Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

11) Exchanges (if applicable)
     We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

In some cases you may be able to cancel your order (if it has not already been processed). Please get in touch via our email - admin@evopia.com.au or our facebook if you are considering a cancellation to see if we can help).

We aim to process your order quickly so in most cases your order is final upon payment.  

PLEASE NOTE - A 7% CANCELLATION FEE WILL INCUR IF YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED USING AFTERPAY. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hr@hrsportsau.com.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
