Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with HR Sports. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Products

We sell a broad range of products across sports, fitness, furniture, outdoor, kids, home, and more. All products are dispatched from Australian warehouses and delivered domestically within Australia.

While we take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are accurate, some minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, screen colour calibration, or updates to product lines. If something is unclear before you buy, contact us at sales@hr-sports.com.au.

2. Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice due to supplier cost fluctuations, promotional events, currency movements, or other market conditions.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products ordered. Shipping costs are shown clearly before you confirm payment.

Pricing Errors: We take care to list accurate prices, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch. We will contact you as soon as we become aware of any such error.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order on hr-sports.com.au, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices and quantities shown. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but it confirms we have received it. Your order is accepted, and a binding contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time, including where:

  • A product is out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers.
  • There is a pricing or product description error.
  • We are unable to verify payment or delivery details.
  • There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method promptly. Please be aware that the time taken for funds to appear in your account is subject to your bank's or payment provider's own processing timelines and policies, which are outside our control. While we will initiate the refund without delay on our end, actual clearance times may vary. If you have concerns about a refund's status, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider directly in the first instance.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and any other payment options displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Title to the goods remains with HR Sports until payment is received in full and cleared.

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it enters our fulfilment process quickly. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting us at sales@hr-sports.com.au. We will do our best to action the request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed. If an order cannot be cancelled prior to dispatch, our change of mind returns process will apply.

6. Product Availability

Our product catalogue draws on stock held across our Australian warehouse network. Availability can change rapidly. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and offer either an alternative product of equivalent value, Store Credit or a full refund as agreed.

As a general rule, we do not accept back-orders; however, exceptions may be considered at our discretion where a customer has contacted our team in advance and a mutual arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the order being placed.

7. Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Guide for full details on dispatch timeframes, estimated delivery times by state, remote area delivery, and how to track your order.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. Deliveries made to a business address or attended reception are considered received upon arrival at that address.

HR Sports is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, adverse weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Warranty & Returns

Please refer to our Warranty & Returns Policy for full details on your rights, how to make a claim, and our change of mind return process.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HR Sports' total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
