Multiple Warehouses and Couriers:

Please note that if you order multiple items, they may come from different warehouses and be delivered by different couriers. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each item, making it easy for you to track their progress.

Dispatch and Delivery Time:

We aim to dispatch your order from our warehouses Monday to Friday. Typically, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time you place it.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

If you live near a capital city in Victoria or New South Wales, you can usually expect to receive your order within 1 week.

If you live near a capital city in Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, or the Northern Territory, the delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks.

Delivery to regional and remote areas may take a little longer, generally within 12 business days.

Day and Time of Delivery:

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact day and time for your order's arrival, as it depends on the courier's transit times and scheduling.

Tracking Number:

Within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse, we will send you the tracking details. You can easily track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time provided by the courier is for reference only, and actual delivery may take longer due to various factors.

Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery:

If you haven't received your item within 10 business days, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Note for the Courier:

During the checkout process, you have the option to leave a note with any special delivery instructions. However, please note that any specific requests or notes should be directly communicated with the courier after your order has been dispatched.

Call Before Delivery:

While some couriers may not have the capability to call you on the day of delivery, you can still leave a note during checkout requesting a call. Alternatively, consider having your item shipped to your work address where someone will be available to sign for it.

If No One Is Home to Receive:

If no one is available at the delivery address, the driver may leave your item in a secure and dry place, if possible. However, if there is no safe place, the driver will leave a calling card for you to arrange a re-delivery date.

In rare cases where a parcel is returned to us due to an inaccurate address or rejection by the receiver, our customer service representative will contact you via email. Please note that there may be a re-delivery cost for products returned due to incomplete addresses.

Delivery Restrictions:

Most items on HR-Sports can be shipped to most areas of Australia. However, there are restrictions on bulky items. Please refer to the following list of undeliverable postcodes for bulky items:

If your postcode is listed above and you want to order a bulky item, please contact us. We may be able to work with an alternate courier, but there could be an additional delivery fee.

Pick-Up Option:

At this time, we do not offer a pick-up option or the ability to arrange your own courier service from our warehouses. This decision has been made to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery for all our customers.
