Precision Drilling

This tabletop concealed hinge jig achieves quick and precise hole alignment through the adjustable positioning plate for edge spacing and the top-bearing depth adjustment. You can easily adjust the edge spacing by loosening the screws, with a range of 0.12-0.28 inches (3-7 mm), and the drilling depth ranges from 0.39-0.59 inches (10-15 mm). The higher the top-bearing height, the more precise the holes it drills.

User-Friendly

Our hinge jig kit is easy to operate and install without professional assistance. Just follow the 4-step instructions in the manual: Step 1, replace the top nut with a butterfly nut; Step 2, install the tools, top bearing, and limit ring in sequence; Step 3, adjust the hole spacing and clamp the workpiece securely; Step 4, use an electric drill to fix, drill the holes and side holes, and install the hinge. You can complete the installation in just a few minutes.

Wide Application

This cabinet hinge jig is designed for 1.38'' hinges and can be used with various drill bits to meet different usage scenarios. It is ideal for everyday household equipment installations and repairs, such as cabinets, wardrobes, and door locks. It has a 1.38''/35 mm drill bit for drilling holes. The distances between hinge screws are 1.81'' (46 mm), 1.89'' (48 mm) or 2.05'' (52 mm).

All of our products are stored and dispatched exclusively within Australia.
