The hinge jig suits 1.38'' and 1.02'' hinges. It is primarily designed for precise hinge hole positioning in wood and can be used with power tools like drills for easy angled drilling. It is ideal for everyday household equipment installations and repairs, such as cabinets, wardrobes, and door locks. It has a 1.38''/35 mm drill bit for drilling holes. The distances between hinge screws are 1.81'' (46 mm), 1.89'' (48 mm) or 2.05'' (52 mm).

Just follow the 4-step instructions in the manual: Step 1, install the drilling tool and tighten the limit positioning accessories; Step 2, adjust the dial and insert the positioning rod; Step 3, secure the drill bit with the C-type clamp; Step 4, drill the 1.38'' hole and side holes in sequence, then install the hinge. You can complete the installation in just a few minutes.

"HR-Sports" provides 1 year warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise for the majority of our products, with extended warranties available for certain items. Please refer to the product listing to determine the specific warranty duration.

We do offer a 14-days return policy for cases of change of mind; however, the product must be returned in its original packing and condition. Please note that return fees will be applicable.

Shipping Guide

All of our products are stored and dispatched exclusively within Australia. We utilise multiple warehouses to ship them to various delivery postcodes, based on the stock availability and convenience, in order to optimise delivery time frame and provide efficient service. So you may get multiple tracking numbers, in case you have ordered multiple products and they might arrive separately at your given delivery address.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, and in some locations, we do prepare parcels on weekends to speed up the delivery process. You'll receive an automated email with tracking details once your order is updated by the warehouse team.
