Download the free app from Google Play or the App Store. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, open the app, and select VF-M4BN when prompted. Always pair through the appnot directly through your phones Bluetooth settingsfor the most reliable connection and full functionality.

Is the V-Fitness Smart Band waterproof?

Yes. The band is rated IP68, meaning its safe for rain, sweat, and brief immersion in fresh water (up to 1.5 m for 30 minutes). Avoid diving, snorkelling, or exposure to hot water, high-pressure jets, or chemicals.

Can I wear the band while sleeping or all day?

Absolutely. Its designed for 24/7 comfort and continuous tracking. For best results, keep the strap clean and dry, wear it snugly but not tightly, and give your wrist an occasional rest after long periods of wear.

Does the V-Fitness Smart Band require a subscription?

No. All features and insights are completely free to access through the Tom Fit Pro app. You can also sync data with Apple Health for a unified health view.

What should I do if the band doesnt charge or connect?

Ensure the magnetic charger pins are clean and aligned correctly. Use a 5 V 1 A USB-A power source (like a laptop or RCM-compliant charger). If pairing fails, remove the device from the Tom Fit Pro app and reconnect. Keep Bluetooth enabled and the app open in the background for automatic syncing.

Warranty & Return Policy

"HR-Sports" provides 1 year warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise for the majority of our products, with extended warranties available for certain items. Please refer to the product listing to determine the specific warranty duration.

We do offer a 14-days return policy for cases of change of mind; however, the product must be returned in its original packing and condition. Please note that return fees will be applicable.

Certain products are not eligible for change-of-mind return due to hygiene and other related concerns.

Shipping Guide

All of our products are stored and dispatched exclusively within Australia. We utilise multiple warehouses to ship them to various delivery postcodes, based on the stock availability and convenience, in order to optimise delivery time frame and provide efficient service. So you may get multiple tracking numbers, in case you have ordered multiple products and they might arrive separately at your given delivery address.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, and in some locations, we do prepare parcels on weekends to speed up the delivery process. You'll receive an automated email with tracking details once your order is updated by the warehouse team.
