No tools are required; you just need to unfold the unit, place the bait, and set the trap in your home. A compact design allows you to fit this trap in tight places, such as behind appliances and cupboards, or under furniture.

How do you know if you need a Multi-Catch Rat & Mouse Trap? Typical signs include nibbled food in your cabinets and sounds of squeaking – often during the nighttime. In addition, be on the lookout for hidden nests of rags or paper, and “runways” on furniture or walls (caused by mouse fur). Urine stains in cupboards or on floors are another telltale sign.

The Multi-Catch Rat & Mouse Trap does not cause injury to the creatures, and there’s no risk of pets eating rodent poisons. In general, this method of pest control is safe and does not use any hazardous chemical pesticides. The trap is also suitable for preventing dead mice in inaccessible areas, where they’ll decompose and cause an unpleasant odor. Once trapped, the mouse or rat can be disposed of easily.

Instructions for Trapping Rats and Mice:

1. Identify the type of rodent that’s in your home! The habits of pests differ, depending upon the species. Details such as the type of droppings, odour, and damage caused to your property can all help you figure out what type of rodent you’re dealing with. The size of droppings is often a reliable indication: Norway Rats have 18mm droppings, house mice leave 3-4mm droppings, and Roof Rats have 12mm droppings.

2. Select your Rat & Mouse Trap and set it on or close to runways, but not near food or places that are accessible to pets or children. Never place your trap in a dangerous spot, such as directly above surfaces for food preparation. It’s important to prevent contamination of these surfaces by rodent droppings, urine, or blood.

3. Bait the trap. Rats and mice can be picky with their taste, and you may need to experiment to find the most appealing bait. To start, apples, peanut butter, bacon and nuts are often effective.

4. Be sure to record the placement of all Rat & Mouse Traps that you set. Check them regularly – at least once a day.

5. When a rat or mouse is caught (which will be soon!), wear gloves when handling the trap and/or any dead rodents.

6. Wash the used Rat & Mouse Trap well.

Delivery to regional and remote areas can take a little longer, however usually no longer than 12 business days.

Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact day and time your order will arrive as this will be determined by the courier's transit times and trucking schedules.

Consignment tracking details will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. You will be able to track your order through the carrier's website.


The expected delivery time given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons.

Yes. During the checkout process you can leave a note which will be added to the delivery instructions for you order.


Please note: After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will need to call the courier directly on the numbers provided above to add any notes to your order.


Call me before delivery :


As some of the couriers we use are contractors, there is no guarantee they will have the facilities to call you the day of delivery.


Your best bet is to leave a note to call you during checkout anyway. Or alternatively, have your item shipped to your work address where someone will be available to sign for it.


If non home to receive :


If no-one is home and there is a secure and dry place to leave your order, then the driver may leave your item(s).


If there's no safe place they will leave a calling card and you can call them to arrange a re-delivery date.


In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us due to there being an inaccurate address or it being rejected by a receiver, our customer service representative will contact you via email.


A re-delivery cost may occur for any products that are returned to us due to incomplete addresses.

HR Sports generally offers a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise.

You are required to notify HR Sports within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
